Holy leaves, Batman!

We had our first real storm of the season last nigh and WOW, the leaves on our street are off-the-hook.

I speak for the trees

We planted eight trees recently and I am so excited to watch them grow! At our old house we planted six trees and two smoke bushes. In this house, we have now planted 13 trees and three smoke bushes. I cannot confirm or deny that I am done planting.

Pool Makeover

In June of 2017 we took out an equity loan and hired a contractor to help us install a large paver patio, path and decomposed granite around the pool. We cleaned the pool up in 2013, resurfaced it in 2015 and 2017 was the year we finally stopped mowing the grass around the pool! Hurrah!

Whole House Fan

Pedar installed a Whole House Fan recently and we love it. We had one at our old house and missed being able to suck out the bad smells and cool off the house at night.
