Read MoreOver the winter break we were able to take the boys on three different hikes. We went to Cronan Ranch near Coloma, Stevens Trail in Colfax and The Dipsea Trail in Mill Valley. I loved them all, but my favorite was the Dipsea Trail.

Goodbye to phases in your relationship when it’s new and hot and you can’t get enough of one another and you have time and privacy to explore without a care in the world. Goodbye to wearing high heels because it makes my feet and lower back feel broken.

Read MoreOne day I looked at the patio furniture on our deck and realized I couldn’t look at it anymore. Our neighbors on Oxbow put it out for free in 2004 and I painted it and stuck some patio cushions on it. I was done looking at it, so I finally bought this set on Wayfair. I put our old set on Facebook Marketplace for Free and it was gone within the hour. I love giving stuff away to people that want it! Hurrah!
Read MoreI bought our entry way table from Marshall’s when we lived on Oxbow Drive. I have pictures of it when Erik was a baby, so I know we’ve had it for at least ten years. I remember shopping on my lunch break and shoving it into the back of my Honda. It is really light so that was always nice for cleaning, etc.
