Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas with friends and family. We are fortunate to live close to most of our immediate family, and only ever have to make a short drive to see one another. We missed seeing Leif, Sierra, Ava and Lola and hope to visit soon! We enjoyed dinner on Christmas Eve at Dagny and Dean's. After dinner we went to candlelight service at St. John's. We ended the evening at Dagny and Dean's for a final toast and then headed home to get snuggly in our beds so Santa could come.

Christmas morning was fantastic. We enjoyed opening presents and playing. Our neighbors dropped by for a bit and we enjoyed hanging out in our jammies till late in the afternoon. We hosted Christmas Day fun at our house. Everyone came over around 2 p.m. and the kids had fun playing until late in the evening. I fell into bed feeling grateful, loved and cozy. Hope you did too.
